Last updated: March 28, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Loqito you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Loqito provides AI-generated audio briefings summarised from your Gmail inbox. The service processes email subject lines, sender names, and timestamps to generate narrated briefings using large language model and text-to-speech providers.
3. Account
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Loqito. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@loqito.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Automate or script requests to the Loqito API beyond normal usage
- Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or billing controls
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its output
- Use the service to process data on behalf of third parties without their consent
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Introduce malware or interfere with the operation of the service
5. Free Tier
The Free plan includes 4 briefings at no charge. Loqito reserves the right to adjust free-tier limits with 30 days' notice to affected users.
6. Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All charges are non-refundable for partial months already consumed. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Loqito reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all data you bring to the service, including your email content. Loqito retains ownership of the software, platform, and the structural format of generated briefings. AI-generated briefings are provided as-is and their content is derived from your own email data.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Loqito does not warrant that briefings are accurate, complete, or a substitute for reading your email directly. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loqito's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Loqito in the three months immediately preceding the claim. Loqito is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loqito is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of Loqito after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
